David T. Gluth II

David Gluth may have started out in California, but after eighteen years, he’s a Nevadan through and through. He is the kind of litigator you want in your corner because he has seen the legal system from every possible angle. Before focusing on personal injury, David represented the state as a Deputy Attorney General and handled complex commercial disputes for a national firm. This diverse background gives him a unique "insider" perspective on how to tackle a case. David is a cum laude graduate of UNLV’s Boyd School of Law, where he stood out for his legal writing skills. Over the years, he has handled hundreds of depositions and secured over a million dollars in settlements for his clients. Now, he focuses exclusively on holding wrongdoers accountable in cases involving car crashes and catastrophic injuries.
