Where do I even begin? Hiring Becky and her son Michael was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made in my life. If you want an attorney who has no clue what they’re doing, constantly ignores your concerns, and makes everything more complicated, then by all means, hire them. Here’s why you shouldn’t: Co...mpletely Unprofessional: Becky may act like she’s the expert in the firm, but let’s be real — Michael is the one who’s supposedly handling the legal work. Becky’s doing everything from behind the scenes, pretending she’s just helping, but it’s clear she’s running the show. They want to pretend they’re a high-powered legal duo, but in reality, it’s just a family business with zero true competence. Zero Communication: I had to constantly chase them down. They didn’t respond to emails for weeks, and phone calls were almost impossible to get through. Every time I called, I was either ignored or told they were "too busy." This was beyond frustrating. Unprepared and Incompetent: Michael showed up to meetings looking completely clueless. It’s like he had no idea what was going on with my case. They didn’t have the paperwork they promised and kept making excuses. I ended up doing most of the work myself just to keep things moving forward. Deceptive and Dishonest: Becky and Michael try to make it seem like they’re a reputable law firm, but all they really are is a family running a business under the guise of professionalism. They have no interest in your case or in actually doing the work. It’s all about their own agenda. If you value your time, money, and mental health, stay as far away from Becky and Michael as possible. There are plenty of real attorneys who know what they’re doing. Don’t waste your time with these two.

Becky truly is a fantastic attorney. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Becky to handle my divorce. When I first spoke with Becky, she immediately calmed my worries and showed true compassion and empathy. She told me NOT to worry; that everything would be alright, and because of her expe...rtise, everything turned out better than I expected. Becky even allowed me to pay monthly payments when other attorneys demanded payment up front. Becky and Teresa, her paralegal, would keep on top of the numerous emails and plethora of documents I'd send and ALWAYS were quick to respond by either email or phone call. During the months we worked together Becky told me details matter of factly. She explained exactly what was going to happen and what I would expect with each step (requests for discoveries, settlements, going to court and with mediation). She explained everything so thoroughly I would share the information with my ex-husband as he had not been told by his attorney. Becky did not sugar coat the information. She was always knowledgeable and truthful. She even gave me some "tough love" advice, which I needed as I was letting my emotions get the best of me. During mediation, Becky, had my back and strongly negotiated a settlement that was fair. I have NOTHING BUT GOOD WORDS for Becky and her paralegal, Teresa. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Becky Pintar as a divorce attorney.

Becky did a outstanding job on my divorce case. She answered all my emails, calls and texts. She kept me informed every step of the way. Despite the community property laws in Nevada which sucks and should be done away with, she was a beast in court. I am very pleased with the results she achieved fo...r me and I highly recommend Becky.

I scheduled a consultation for $100. The receptionist or legal assistant was very nice and did a great job and took down all the information in detail as I told her of the situation. I made the appointment and was advised to call the office a bit before to make payment. I paid and was told she was ru...nning late, that is fine it happens. I was advised she would call me back and she did about 15 minutes later. Long story short her exact words were, "Give me the short version", she was very short with me, she did not take more than 10 minutes of her time to answer my questions and discuss my recourse other than what my cleaning lady, whose sister works for a property management company, gave me that same morning. I do not mind paying for a consult but I could have got a consult for 15 minutes for $39 on here, why did I pay $100 for 10 minutes.

Becky Pintar is one of the rare lawyers who actually has her client's best interests in mind. The subject matter she deals with can be quite emotionally taxing as well as financially sfrrssful, but Becky is able to calmly, assertively and confidently lead one through what is often perceived as one... of the toughest roads in life, second to loss of a family member. Becky actually answers her phone, returns emails and is always prompt to help execute whatever decisions are made. Her demeanor and experience make one feel taken care of and completely comfortable in all proceedings. Beyond that her prices are fair and extremely reasonable. Highly recommended.
