Biography
My practice is primarily devoted to estate and civil litigation. My services include: probates of wills and estates, administration of trusts, will contests, trust challenges, actions regarding undue influence and incapacity, breach of fiduciary duty, guardianship petitions and contested guardianships, guardian ad litem services, wrongful death, personal injury, elder abuse, contract and real estate litigation. Mike is also a certified SBA loan closing attorney.
Personal: I enjoy time in the outdoors with my family and have spent many years coaching youth sports including basketball, soccer and baseball. I also enjoy participating in triathlons, road bike racing, golf and trail running.
