Tabetha Martinez is a native Nevadan, and obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2011. Ms. Martinez graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2016. After graduating from law school, Ms. Martinez returned to Las Vegas to serve as the law clerk to the Honorable Judge Joe Hardy, Jr. in the Clark County Eighth Judicial District Court.
Ms. Martinez obtained her license to practice law in Nevada in 2016, and obtained licenses in California and Minnesota in 2018. Ms. Martinez has experience representing clients in civil litigation cases, including subrogation, insurance defense, and products liability. Ms. Martinez is an active volunteer with the Clark County Law Foundation, where she sits on the Board of Trustees. In addition to her work with CCLF, Ms. Martinez works as a pro bono attorney for Legal Aid of Southern Nevada's Children's Attorney Project.
Ms. Martinez enjoys spending free time with her two dogs, Irene and Ada, as well as her family and friends.
