Biography
Mr. Cardenas was born and raised in Las Vegas. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he received both his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, he was a member of the Society of Advocates moot court team and served as an Articles Editor for the Nevada Law Journal. Upon graduating, he received a Dean’s Award and a Scribes Award for Excellence in Legal Writing.
Prior to joining Marquis Aurbach Coffing, Mr. Cardenas served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jerome T. Tao of the Nevada Court of Appeals. Mr. Cardenas also worked as a court-appointed attorney for adults who were under or facing guardianship.
In his free time, Mr. Cardenas enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and any other activities that keep him outdoors.
