Michael and his then partner Brooks who was not a licensed Nevada Attorney took my case for medical malpractice for extensive injuries second to dental care. I filed a complaint against both dentists here in las Vegas with the Board of Dental Examiners and won. Both were sanctions on multiple levels ...of incompetence and financial misdeeds. Probation in form of supervised practice and continuing education on and on. Michael Mazur managed to lose this case. No follow up or payment to the Expert Witness when due. Case file sharing the evening prior to Testimony. No communication with plaintiff and stating falsehoods regarding my care to the opposition, etc.. This Attorney needs to stick to bill collecting. In searching his track record after he lost a slam dunk case he has losses again and again. Please check his court records. I am stuck with long standing health problems for which I am still being medicated years after the dental insult upon me. Then he asked me to drop one of the Dentists from my litigation as he could surely win the case against the other. My Medicare health care benefits were frozen in an effort to compound medical fees. I took care of that quickly after I realized his little scheme. My opinion of this Lawyer... I hope he stays alive long enough to experience Las Vegas Health care.
