I can only speak to his ability in a question I had that he consulted with me on and unfortunately not to his ability under retainer or in court, however I was so impressed by our very short and informal interaction I would recommend him to anyone seeking counsel. What impressed me most was that ...he met me at my level of expertise, not being overly vague or overly complicated, and the advice he gave was solid and was in my best interest. I have such respect for an attorney who will give you advice that is to your benefit rather than always defaulting to retain counsel when it may be much more cost effective not to. While I hope I never need an attorney’s service if the need arrises in his area of practice this will be who I go to.
