About me

Mary J. Drury focuses her practice on transactions, with an emphasis in real estate, including but not limited to acquisitions, sales, real estate secured financing, and leasing.

Ms. Drury has a B.A. in International Relations and Print Journalism from the University of Southern California, with a minor in Business Administration. She has a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Ms. Drury joined the firm in 2001. As the first in her department, and now serving as chairperson of the transactional department at Marquis Aurbach Coffing, she has grown the department to over 10 attorneys and staff, which is now one of the largest transactional departments in the State of Nevada.

  • Loren A Piel

I first met Mary years ago when we worked for competitors and had a potential intellectual property issue that needed to be resolved. We were able to come to agreement on that matter quickly. We subsequently both moved into private practice and have referred clients to each other from time to time. Mary is very knowledgeable and works hard for her clients. I have no hesitation in endorsing her.

I first learned of Ms. Drury through a client who had engaged her for a significant legal matter. This client has dealt with attorneys of all kinds, but had significant praise for Ms. Drury. I quickly learned that she works hard for her clients and is well respected within the legal community. I have continued to hear of the positive experiences from other mutual clients who have worked with her. As such, I would not hesitate in using Ms. Drury as my personal attorney in real estate matters.
