I consulted with Collins Hunsaker regarding changes that need to be made to my existing revocable trust. Although my estate is meager in comparison to some others and contains some unique features, Collins treated me with respect and provided me with helpful suggestions to make changes that would pre...serve my personal interests and still allow for the flexibility to make future changes as a trust grantor. While not a guarantee to others seeking advice, my initial 30 minute consultation was at no charge yet he continued to politely answer questions beyond my alloted time. He was not able to quote a fee to prepare a new trust document because of the unusual features I may need included to protect my goals, but based on our discussion, and the amount we did discuss, I believe his fees are in line with his competitors and reasonable. The office staff are helpful and friendly, and I was able to get an appointment within one week of calling his office. The consultation was provided in confidence, and I would recommend Collins to others who are seeking advice or an informed opinion. Once my plan is fully formulated, I intend to return to Collins to complete my estate planning documents.
