Melissa has represented our firm on a variety of complex construction matters over the past several years, ranging from early-stage contract negotiations to contentious project closeout/litigation. She is incredibly intelligent, detail oriented, and extremely competent in the areas of contract an...alysis, development and negotiation; construction disputes analysis and resolution; litigation preparation; and litigation. In addition to successfully resolving our firm's legal matters, she also provides valuable training and guidance to our firm's team members in the areas of contract preparation, contract administration and project management for our future design / construction / development projects. Over a 27 year career in the design / construction industry, I've worked with numerous lawyers on a range of project issues. I believe Melissa is the most competent and effective lawyer I've had worked with on my side of the table, or who I've seen on the other side of the table.
