I have been representing injured workers in the highly specialized and complex area of workers' compensation in Nevada since my first job out of law school. I manage the claim from the injured workers' perspective to ensure that they receive all appropriate medical care and all benefits that they are entitled to. Workers' compensation insurance companies are, in my opinion, devious. My job is to make them treat injured workers fairly, even if that means taking them to hearings and appeals.

I represent individuals in Chapter 7 traditional bankruptcies and Chapter 13 repayment plans. Bankruptcy is a powerful tool that should only be filed as a last resort, but it can truly give a person a "fresh start" in life.

Libel and slander generally, but with a focus on defamation related to employment and professional reputation. In many cases the worst reputational harm occurs when someone is defamed related to their trade, occupation, business, or profession and that has been the focus of my libel and slander practice.
