Unexpected Result
My wife was rear ended on the way to our sons wedding. It was a Saturday night. We contacted Mr. Fonbuena that night. He was very accommodating. We hired him that night and he went about taking care of my wife immediately. We felt he had things under control. He kept us updated every step of the way. He provided the necessary help for both our car and my wife's injured shoulder. In the end, the financial settlement Mr. Fonbuena negotiated for us was much more than we expected. He made it all quite easy.

Straight forward
He was exactly what I needed! I got myself into trouble with burglary/grand larceny felony charges. Richard was very straight forward and to the point on how to properly handle my situation. He was extremely easy to stay in Full communication with if I ever had any questions/concerns. He properly prepared me each time I went to court, and gave me full confidence that we were handling this situation most efficiently. Successfully got my felony’s dropped to misdemeanors! Legitimately played a HUGE role in changing my life around. Extremely thankful I used him!

Mr. Fonbuena answered all of my questions about estate planning. He was very knowledgeable regarding how to best protect our family and assets should something happen to us.
