The Family Court Lawyer You Want & Need!

Ms. Mastel of the Kainen Law Group is a one-of-a-kind lawyer. I was first referred to her for an appeals case in family court that has since turned into several years of defendant representation on several family law related issues. What I admire the most about her is her ability to represent her c...lient while keeping integrity and staying professional. She doesn't need to resort to the stereotypical attorney persona because her directness to the issue is expertly argued both written & verbal. She is extremely knowledgeable in family law/appeals and goes above & beyond to research the best law(s) to win cases as well as providing you with helpful resources beyond the courtroom. Her character is well above the games that I have endured from other lawyers. Sometimes one needs a lawyer for the quick divorce, & sometimes one needs one to help you survive a toxic coparenting relationship long-term. One of her best recommendations to me was the Continuing Education Coparenting course through UNLV. She was also readily available to me in a couple extreme cases where I needed immediate legal advice and representation when it came to emergency custody situations. Overall, I'm beyond blessed and grateful to have Ms. Mastel as my representation. When you read a motion written by Ms. Mastel, it will feel like an act of love as she not only fights for but protects her clients. 100% recommend her!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
