Neil worked out my divorce to save me time, money, and aggravation. The issue became a 4 year battle with my ex who was determined to punish me. The process was reduced down by Neil and his team to the basics. Every step of the way he and his team found the easiest was out for my own sanity. Stre...ss was minimized as Neil laid out exactly what the opposition was going to come back with. When most of it was ridiculous. Neil calmly asked for me to be patient. Divorce is stressful first of all and can be costly secondly. Neil made it as easy as possible. My ex's unreasonableness was translated to me as asking me to be patient. It worked as I listened to his advice and found my way to the "end of the tunnel." Neil represented me in my divorce/custody case. I had to find someone in a hurry due to how suddenly my wife left the state with my two children. Neil was the first person I called and I'm glad he was! Neil is honest and either he, or his paralegal Robert always kept me in the loop as to what was goi...ng on, and were great about making sure I understood the legal process and how everything worked. The thing I liked most about Neil was his hard nosed approach in the court room. This guy takes no BS whatsoever. He's very aggressive. He knows the laws and lets nothing slip by! I have had the opportunity to work with Neil twice. 1st time he was not even my attorney. I was using someone else and did not feel she was doing all she could or had the knowledge. A simple case of child support had turned into a 3 ring circus. I had started calling around for a new attorney feel...ing defeated for my daughter and called Neil. I was not in a position to Neil at the time, but Neil was kind enough to ask me about the case. He was also very kind enough to give me the steps my attorney should take and what needed to be done. If it were not for Neil my daughter would have never gotten the support she needed. He understood how business works and the loopholes taken by the other party could have devastated the support my daughter needed. He was able to teach me how to stay 1 step ahead of it all. I do believe my then hired attorney should thank Neil for the free education and experience given. Then another situation happened a few years later that I did hire Neil, and again he was able to keep it out of court keep my expenses down and resolve the issue with my X-husband and his attorney. I was a whinny scared worried client and he always called me back either talked me down from the cliff I was on and/or also handled the situation at hand. I would recommend Neil and his team to represent me with the integrity of the law and always doing what is best for the children involved, and having the knowledge to proceed and stay one step ahead. Want to express my thanks and gratitude to Neil for his services and help during my entire divorce process.
