Neil M Mullins

From personal experience, I highly recommend Neil M. Mullins. His expertise and years of experience in Divorce and Family Law was very beneficial and needed when interpreting the complexity of the current laws. How do I say this, I had one nasty, politically charged, screwed up, irregularities in the record, volatile, divorces and custody cases ever. My case should have never been complex but due to opposing it was made complex. I filed the motion that met the Rooney standard for a change of custody. I hire...d Neil shortly thereafter. The level of discovery that was done on my behalf was outstanding. Production alone was thousands of pages and worth every penny. The other side was inundated with my items that they failed to even participate in discovery. Huge bonus. Even if they did they still didn't have what was needed to overcome. It was a two day trial and Neil protected me for the day and half I spent testifying, he prepared me properly and when it was all over opposing asked to go home several times. Decision took a bit to come out but the final order was dead on. Key findings were made and allegations made against me were unfounded. If you can afford him it's worth it. Don't settle for less on your children when picking a lawyer. In the end it will cost you. I am now in a position to rely on someone less money to finalize any further issues. But if this is your fist go around or a return due to issues and there are nasty allegations being made, go to Neil. You won't be sorry and you will be pleased. Just know you always get what you pay for.

I have had the opportunity to work with Neil twice. 1st time he was not even my attorney. I was using someone else and did not feel she was doing all she could or had the knowledge. A simple case of child support had turned into a 3 ring circus. I had started calling around for a new attorney feel...ing defeated for my daughter and called Neil. I was not in a position to Neil at the time, but Neil was kind enough to ask me about the case. He was also very kind enough to give me the steps my attorney should take and what needed to be done. If it were not for Neil my daughter would have never gotten the support she needed. He understood how business works and the loopholes taken by the other party could have devastated the support my daughter needed. He was able to teach me how to stay 1 step ahead of it all. I do believe my then hired attorney should thank Neil for the free education and experience given. Then another situation happened a few years later that I did hire Neil, and again he was able to keep it out of court keep my expenses down and resolve the issue with my X-husband and his attorney. I was a whinny scared worried client and he always called me back either talked me down from the cliff I was on and/or also handled the situation at hand. I would recommend Neil and his team to represent me with the integrity of the law and always doing what is best for the children involved, and having the knowledge to proceed and stay one step ahead.
