Jordanna Lynn Evans

Jordanna L. Evans primarily focuses her practice on trust and estate litigation, and has experience drafting both estate and business plans, as well as prenuptial agreements. Ms. Evans has both prosecuted and defended clients in matters involving will and trust contests, undue influence claims, competency, and breaches of fiduciary duty.  She also represents clients in the areas of guardianship, trust and estate administration, family law, general civil litigation.

Mrs. Evans is a member of the American Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association. She is actively licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
