Seventeen months and our case has yet to be settled. Jolene is extremely unresponsive while providing multiple reasons she is unable to settle this case with my insurance company. Over the course of a year and half I contacted her 90% of the time requesting a status for the case, was told multiple t...imes she was busy with other clients preparing for trial. I feel we were grossly mislead by her quoting us multiple times how much our case was worth and she was very wrong, we will receive less than 5% of what she quoted us, all the while making sure we did know the firm would receive more money than we would.
