Thomas Michaelides Las Vegas Attorney Suspended 4x Forged Court Order

I am a client of Las Vegas attorney Thomas Michaelides in Las Vegas. No doubt he has done right by a few people in the last decade and see two other people have posted here. However, in my case Thomas Michaelides missed the deadline to file a proof of service which resulted in the case being dismisse...d. Then, realizing his error, he had his former paralegal, Matthew Katz, play attorney and try to file a second case but it was missing critical information, so the court did not grant default. Thomas Michaelides sued me when I posted material to forewarn about his conduct and the fact he was previously sued twice for legal malpractice and suspended, at that time, three times by the State Bar of Nevada (see each case under the Resume Section of Avvo). Not only did Thomas Michaelides lose, but it was determined he, literally FORGED a court order and sent it to Google to remove posts about his law firm. Forging a court order is not only a state crime but also a federal crime (18 USC 505). The State Bar of Nevada subsequently suspended Thomas Michaelides a fourth time for multiple reasons, including forging a court order. The Chief Judge of US District Court for Nevada, also disbarred him from practicing in federal court. See In Re: Thomas C. Michaelides, Attorney at Law, Bar No. 5425 2:2018cv00364. The end result is simple: do not hire Thomas Michaelides.

The best attorney in town!

I was a little apprehensive at first because of the fact he had been disciplined. He came highly recommended by a good friend and I took my chances. I was facing some very serious charges. He fought hard for me at trial and I won! Thank you Mr. Michaelides and your awesome staff! I will recommend you...r firm to all my family and friends.
