Biography
Philip Spradling, the sole practitioner at the Momentum Family Law, sets the values and standards for the law firm: fairness and honesty with clients; service to the community; and excellence in the practice of law. He ensures that his clients' interests are put first, and the interests of the law firm are put second.
He has over eight years of experience litigating family law cases. Prior to this, he did work for a Clark County Family Court Judge, for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, and for a criminal law practice. He holds bachelor's degrees in physics, philosophy, and international studies, a masters degree in philosophy, and a juris doctorate from the Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2013.
Mr. Spradling is committed to practicing law with both excellence and integrity and putting his clients' interests before his own. He understands that each case is important to those involved. He treats his clients like people, not incomes, and works to give each case the personal attention it deserves.

Replied last January 14, 2024This client paid a fixed fee to draft and file the initial pleadings and then attempt to negotiate with the opposing attorney. Right Lawyers did exactly that: the initial pleadings were filed promptly and correctly. Mr. Spradling then negotiated extensively with the opposing attorney in an attempt to reach a resolution. Unfortunately, no resolution was reached. The fixed fee did not include any court appearances, and so when further litigation and court appearances became necessary it had to request an additional fee to cover the additional time and cost. Mr. Spradling regrets that the negotiations did not produce an acceptable resolution, and that the litigation had to continue with additional costs and fees.

Top notch
Great firm and I will highly recommend them to anybody. They treated me like family, always looking out for my best interest. They handled my case fast and professional. They were always available to talk to and not like those big firms where you talk to voicemails or a receptionist all the time.
