Replied last October 25, 2023Hello! I'm sorry you feel this way! For clarification, I was never hired by you. You hired a separate law firm that hired me as Trial counsel only, with your permission. Any and all discovery disputes and issues occured prior to my involvement in the case. Despite this, I was able to conduct the Trial and was able to increase your monthly child support amount as well as collect arrears you were owed. Please contact your prior attorney related to the discovery paperwork you reference.
