I brought a very difficult case to Tom in the mid 90s, I was the single father seeking Council for custody. He worked very hard to show that fathers can be good providers and the best option, even when the courts seemed then to almost always to lean towards the mother. He and I kept my boy on the rig...ht side of that issue for a long time to his credit. He Is trustworthy and fair. And I could not recommend him more highly.

It's a rarity that I take time to fill out a review of anyone or any business. In this case, however, Tom Hart deserves it. I was referred to Tom in 2008 with a nightmare child custody case. Without Tom's support and legal representation, I would not have full custody of my kids as I do today. As... one can imagine, getting full custody as a father in Las Vegas is a lofty goal. This guy knows the courts and judges better than most. In the courtroom, he is quick-as-a-whip and aggressive. Trust me....there were very critical, child-related reasons that I had to go to court (many a time). Each time I showed up, I had a feeling of confidence knowing Tom had my back. I can't think of one single instance where I walked away from the courtroom unsatisfied. I have to admit that watching him dismantle other attorneys was a guilty pleasure. At the end, persistence and patience paid off. After years of fight and hardship, I sit here with full custody of my kids. Our family is forever grateful to Tom for this. If you want great legal representation, you definitely can't go wrong with Tom!!!

In all honesty Mr. Hart is the best lawyer I have every had the opportunity to have represent me. He helped me with my divorce 10 years ago, to gaining me primary custody of my son, to a little situation I was involved in.
