Workers Comp claim. Met me in my hopsital room which I requested. We reviewed specifics and I hired him. I was also under a time constraint to file an appeal for coverage from the insuance company. Mr. Rose obtained the hospital records and thats where it ended. After a few weeks of unreturned calls,... he finally advised he was dropping my case. This left me in a scramble to find another Atty also while still in and out of hospitals. The limit for filing an appeal was rapidly approaching. My new Atty did get the appeal filed and the case moving. I understand its not an easy case, but feel abandoned by Mr. Rose and the firm he represents. When you retain an attorney, you should feel secure they will do thier due dilligence. He didnt. I feel he thought this wasnt an easy buck.
