Kristie Lynn Fischer

Kristie Fischer is an experienced civil litigation attorney, licensed in Nevada and Minnesota, with a reputation for excellence in trial advocacy. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2009, graduating in the top 15% of her class. While in law school, Ms. Fischer competed nationally as part of the Society of Advocates moot court team and earned the CALI award for her outstanding performance in Persuasive Legal Writing. Over the course of her career, she has successfully litigated hundreds of civil matters and has been recognized for her courtroom achievements, including being named one of Nevada’s Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Attorneys by the National Trial Lawyers Association in 2018. Ms. Fischer has also contributed to the legal profession as an author for the Nevada Pattern Jury Instructions and the Nevada Civil Practice Manual. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys traveling with her family and spending time outdoors.
