Excellent Attorney

Nathan and his team are outstanding! He truly cares for his clients. His responsiveness, knowledge and authenticity during not one, but two unfortunate divorce cases kept me stable and successful. He and his team were always engaged when needed. He was fair and affordable. Attorney Gibbs, and his sta...ff all produced the quality of an attorney that anyone would want when hiring a family law attorney. The quality services I received were remarkable. From the initial meeting they were responsive to my calls, questions and concerns. All issues were handled professionally and timely. Billing rates were VERY fair! I highly recommend him.

Unethical

Nathan Gibbs was payed over $24,000 and not only did he not resolve issue I came to him for, nor produce any conclusion what-so-ever, but I was legally in a worse position than before. You would be better off spending his legal fees on anything else beside his representation of you. He will try to... distance himself to cover his mistakes, make himself unavailable to you to answer pertinent questions you have about your case, leaving you legally vulnerable and then blame you for it. After several weeks of trying to get a hold of him to get status of case, he waited till Dec. 30th (the Friday before New Year's Eve) at 3:15pm to email me a letter, saying he would no longer be representing me. It's been just devastating deal with him.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
