Ingrid M. Patin

I contacted Ingrid in regards to a traffic ticket that I had received. She was quick and responsive the whole time, and a short time after that, I wrecked my car. On both occasions, she attended court on my behalf, and by doing so, she was able to have both my citations amended to a lesser charge, ...which allowed me to keep my license. She was there to help me every step of the way, and because of that, I always recommend her to friends and family.

I think what will always stand out for me was when we went to my arbitration. She is a bulldog in the courtroom and she never quits and she will never give up until she gets justice for her client. She is timely, she calls you back and she follows through on what she says she will do. There are no empty promises and when you call her office you can actually talk to her!! Not to a paralegal who has no idea who you are. Ingrid communicates with you.

Ms. Patin was expeditious and attentive to the needs of myself and 5 other individuals who were injured in a commercial vehicle accident.
