Darren Heyman

I was referred to Mr. Heyman from a friend of mine at work and at first, I didn't know what to expect as I have never had to deal with anything regarding the U.S. Government for special services or immigration, in general, being a U.S. Citizen. I sort of figured the process to get my wife a Green...card was going to be the biggest headache I would ever encounter in my life and likely would be taken advantage of as you hear some crazy stories about how some lawyers and immigration lawyers in general, take advantage of the situation, but not the case with Darren. Thankfully Darren was an all-star and a big part of keeping my wife a bit less excitable (she's Ukranian/Russian) as he made himself available literally anytime we needed him or something new my wife feared "could" go wrong or what she felt we needed and if we didn't know how to get what was needed or some specific papers needed to be filed that technically had nothing to do with our specific task on getting a Green Card- he took it upon himself to assist us and do it for us, rather than saying this is the form to figure it out and submit it. He made our experience and lives a breeze when we were internally ready to pop from the stress of the case. But, as usual, Darren has always been professional, relatable, reliable, and probably because he is so good at what he does and explains things crystal clear, it puts you more at ease and feel maybe it's possible an actual lawyer in Nevada is not only good at what he claims but can actually give you the confidence to trust the words he says when you hear it's going to be fine and ends up, things actually are beyond fine and turn out to be fantastic and also inherit a profound experience and an actual lawyer that kept his words by delivering results. So to be short, as I could go on and on about how extraordinary he is as well as informed and well-versed on the topic of immigration and surrounding areas of how the laws/formalities actually are (and current as he informed us on our next visit of a change). You'd be foolish not to hire him and as someone who is not normally someone to talk people up or ever write reviews (except to complain), I can't say enough how thankful I and my wife are to my co-worker who referred us to him.

Darren Heyman is an excellent, knowledgeable, patient, flexible and charismatic immigration lawyer. He is aware of the regular changes and intricate details of the immigration laws. He was able to put my wife's mind at ease during the stressful time with the immigration process. He does this with hi...s knowledge of the process and by giving honest fact about our case.
