Trey Rothell brings extensive experience and robust research capabilities to the firm’s Las Vegas office, helping clients navigate complex legal disputes here in Nevada and in state and federal courts throughout the United States. His expertise spans various practice areas, including defamation, anti-SLAPP laws, intellectual property, civil rights, privacy, internet law, trade secrets, and general civil litigation.

Trey Rothell earned his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law, achieving the highest grades in three of his courses. He holds dual degrees in business management and political science from Florida State University and gained valuable experience working as a litigation paralegal before attending law school. Originally from Orlando, Florida, Trey now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, with his family.
