Welcome to my Avvo page. I started practicing law in 1989 and have focussed my practice exclusively on immigration law since 1993. I really love getting to know my clients and also solving challenging and complicated cases (they call me "The Immigration Professor"). I am passionate about the fact that everyone deserves to be treated fairly and humanely and am not afraid to sue the federal government when they violate my client's rights. My experience within the immigration field is quite diverse and includes deportation defense, complex business and investment based immigration, work visas (H-1B, E-2, L-1, J-1 and more), citizenship and more.
