If you asked the attorney to go over the bill, and when doing so he found more charges to add to it, that's his right.

It isn't defamatory to call someone a "psycho." In Massachusetts, courts are pretty protective of free speech rights.

You can't stop the comments, you can just get damages for the statements if they are indeed defamatory. Go see the NY lawyer, above, who commented.
