As a small business owner for more than 20 years, I have been involved in several disputes that led to legal action. While most settled with little fanfare and lots of compromise, one case with Frank Mitchell ended in our favor despite a long drawn out legal battle that went to the federal appeals court.
Feeling like David facing Goliath, we had a dispute that involved insurance companies and a very large corporation. It was apparent that the large organizations with deep pockets were willing to take this the whole way and try for a win by attrition. Frank provided steady guidance through the maze of a “death by paperwork legal strategy†and held us firm in our resolve to get a final resolution in our favor. Never intimated, never wavering and always there when needed, Frank led us to a very satisfactory conclusion.

Frank Mitchell was a key member of a legal team which negotiated a mid seven figure settlement for my partnership group in 2006. The case involved a commercial business claim filed by the partnership against a major national company for Tortuous Interference in a business transaction. The case spanned over 18 months of Federal Court proceedings.
Counter claims complicated the case and excellent legal skills were required to clear the air and force the defendant company to determine that reaching a settlement was the prudent course of action.
I have recommended Mr. Mitchell to several business acquaintances and will continue to do so.

Frank Mitchell represented me and my corporation in a torturous intereference with trade law suit. The case was very complex requiring extensive background research, hiring of very technical industry specific experts as well as economists to determine the actual and projected damages we sufferd and would suffer in the future. Frank handled the case all the way through, directing and assembling every aspect of it. His demeanor in presenting and executing the case in court was impecable and I feel was probably enough to win the case with half of the evidence he had assembled. He prevailed across the board and we received far more than we had anticipated. I strongly recommend him and would definately use him on future cases.
