Nick Pomponio

Originally from Michigan, Nick received his undergraduate degree from Merrimack College in Massachusetts, where he played Division-1 ice hockey. After playing professional hockey in Europe for a number of years, Nick attended Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, graduating in 2012.

Nick’s experience in the personal injury world began during his first year of law school, where he began working with Mark W. Eisenberg, a predominant personal injury attorney in Orange County, California.  While working for Eisenberg, Nick helped with the representation of clients who sustained injuries from:

Moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2015, Nick joined his childhood friend’s law firm, where he oversaw numerous case managers/paralegals, handling hundreds of personal injury and motor vehicle accident claims.  Through his hands-on aggressive style, Nick quickly became known both in the legal community and among clients for his uncanny ability to settle cases in very short periods of time.

In August 2018, Nick decided to open his own law firm so he could focus on providing the highest level of customer service to all of his clients, believing that each client is not a number, but rather a part of the family.  Nick’s aggressive negotiating style and one-on-one client interaction allows for the client’s cases to settle significantly quicker, and for larger amounts.  Nick handles every aspect of the client’s representation, from the initial consultation all the way through settlement.  Unlike some other law firms, when you retain Nick’s services, you actually have Nick working on your case instead of someone else.
