Morgan T. Fashtchi

Morgan is currently working at MLaw. Her knowledge and experience has provided her essential tools which she uses to assist clients with respect to estate planning, corporate law, and asset protection.

Morgan began her law journey at the District Attorneys Office where she assisted in the procurement of a courthouse dog in Clark County, Nevada (which was approved).  She also became a certified victim advocate for trafficking victims and worked with victims along side advocates at the courthouse and at local organizations.  Cases she assisted on included Appellate work, Grand Juries, Special Victims, Homicide, Elder Abuse, and Major Fraud. She also worked alongside of the Attorney General's office in a joint case with the District Attorney's Office.  Morgan was complimented on her work including, notably, forensic slideshow for a major murder case and it was said to be set the new standard for presentations in future criminal cases. 

She then worked as a personal injury attorney with a large lawfirm and assisted clients with injury claims as well as medical malpractice.  Morgan then moved to the real estate and corporate-world working as inside counsel for a local real estate developer where she gained knowledge and experience in complex business strategies and dealings, litigation, and practiced in various specialty areas of law including employment, environmental, mining, construction, trust, and bankruptcy law as well as worked with OSHA, Air Quality, EEOC, the Union, the BLM, Las Vegas Water, District, etc. 

Morgan then worked in Estate Planning for a firm where she grew further knowledge in the drafting- side of Trusts as well as the strategizing behind the creation of Trusts for both simple and complex matters.  She continues to use her knowledge of business to help clients run businesses effectively and efficiently.   

Morgan was inspired to become a lawyer due to her natural drive to help people.  Beyond helping clients, Morgan runs a local nonprofit called Dogs of Las Vegas which promotes positive mental health (Pawsitive Mental Health). She is also a member of the American Bar Association as well as the following Nevada Bar Association Sections: Young Lawyers, Probate and Trust, Real Property Law, and Construction Law.  She still is active in her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha. 

In her spare time, Morgan loves to play with her dog, go shopping with friends, play tennis, and watch the Vegas Golden Knights.

Education:
Morgan graduated in three years from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Major in Communications and a Minor in Entertainment Management. She then attended Arizona Summit Law School where she earned her Juris Doctorate in just over two years.
