Morgan T. Fashtchi

Morgan is currently the NV attorney at Trusted Estate Planning Attorneys.  Her knowledge and experience has provided her essential tools which she uses to assist clients with respect to estate planning, corporate law, and asset protection.

Morgan worked in the District Attorneys Office where she assisted in the procurement of a courthouse dog in Clark County, Nevada (which was approved).  She also assisted with cases such as Appellate work, Special Victims department, Homicide, Elder Abuse, and Major Fraud.  She then worked as a personal injury attorney with a large firm and assisted clients with injury claims as well as medical malpractice.  Morgan moved to the corporate-world and worked as inside counsel for a local real estate developer where she gained knowledge and experience in complex business strategies and dealings, litigation, and practiced in various areas of law including employment, environmental, Trust and bankruptcy law among other specialities.

Morgan was inspired to become a lawyer due to her natural drive to help people.  Beyond helping clients, Morgan runs a local nonprofit called Dogs of Las Vegas which promotes positive mental health (Pawsitive Mental Health). She is also a member of the American Bar Association as well as the following Nevada Bar Association Sections: Young Lawyers, Probate and Trust, Real Property Law, and Construction Law.  She still is active in her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha. 

In her spare time, Morgan loves to play with her dog, go shopping with friends, play tennis, and watch the Vegas Golden Knights.

Education:
Morgan graduated in three years from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Major in Communications and a Minor in Entertainment Management. She then attended Arizona Summit Law School where she earned her Juris Doctorate in just over two years.
