I currently filed a join petition for divorce in one of the county's in Nevada but got a letter from the county clerk for additional info on my kids. My current attorney had no clue on what needs to be done neither did he know such a rule or requirement existed. I reached out to Attorney Nelson based... on referral from my relative, his admin Darla was quick to act, she got us a consultation call with him the same day we called. Attorney Nelson patiently heard us out and reviewed the letter from the clerk, figured out there is unique rule that could be used to provide the supporting documentation asked for. I signed up with him for help, hopefully will complete the process soon. I am grateful and thankful for his advice and service to people.

I briefly explained my tenant/landlord issue showing relevant paperwork and short video. Jonathan took notes on his laptop and wrote 5 'to do's' in order of importance as to what I needed to help resolve the ongoing ignored issue at hand. He told me I could handle the opponents myself without repres...entation because I was in court twice, before 2 Judges with these folks and stood up to them. If/when I should acquire his help with court documents/paperwork, he would be there for me. I sent professional certified letters to landlord and onsite managers re: tenant repairs that were never done after given 3 work orders. Hello!!! This was a WakeUp Call. They know now I mean serious business. Remaining 4 'to do's' can wait until further notice. Jonathan was honest and upfront as to what he could do as well as to what I 'should' do.
