Biography
I primarily practice in commercial litigation, commercial landlord-tenant litigation, civil appeals, and intellectual property litigation. I have tried matters before judges and juries in both State and Federal Court, and have litiagted appeals in the Nevada Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time wth my wife and our three children, and my hobbies include playing and watching sports, and enjoying the unique dining and entertainment availble only in my adopted hometown of Las Vegas.
