I have been a practicing attorney since 1999. My practice focuses on regulatory representation and transactional law in the areas of gaming, IT out sourcing, trademarks, pharmaceutical clinical trial agreements, technology, intellectual property and online promotions. My clients are from a wide variety of industries including, but not limited to, the casino gaming, sports wagering, automotive, information technology, online game, pharmaceutical, video game, esports and financial industries.
In addition, I am an adjunct professor of gaming law at the Boyd School of Law at UNLV teaching courses entitled Federal Gaming Law, Technology Innovation & Gaming Law, Gaming Law Policy, and Introduction to Gaming Law.
I am also an instructor at the International Center for Gaming Regulation for courses on the topics of sports wagering, esports and general gaming regulatory compliance.
