Whether the client is charged with a DUI, a federal drug crime, or attempted murder, Evan treats the client with the dignity they deserve and offers a personalized and aggressive defense. Evan's civil litigation practice consists of representing individuals and business in pre-litigation, litigation and appellate matters. Evan regularly works with businesses and individuals to help them limit their exposure to lawsuits early on and assists those who find themselves embroiled in a lawsuit. Evan helps clients craft solutions that fit their objectives, their budget, and allow the client to focus on their life and business instead of the courtroom.
