W. Reese Levins

Reese is a third-generation Nevadan born and raised in Las Vegas. Reese attended the George Washington University in the nation’s capital, where he received his B.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in security studies and a minor in Russian Language and Literature. After undergrad, Reese returned to his hometown to attend UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law and graduated with Pro Bono Honors.

During law school, Reese was recognized as an Outstanding Student of the Semester in Boyd's Community Service Program and served as a student attorney with the law school’s Education Advocacy Clinic for two semesters, where he advocated to secure access to services and accommodations for parents and children with special needs. Reese was also a member of the Society of Advocates, the law school’s moot court team.

Prior to joining Claggett & Sykes, Reese worked at some of Nevada’s preeminent firms, where he gained experience handling complex civil litigation cases and appeals on behalf of businesses and government entities. Driven by a desire to use his legal skills and experience to make a more direct impact in his community, Reese joined Claggett & Sykes in 2026 as part of the firm’s mass torts and class action team.

In his spare time, Reese is an avid photographer, a diehard Vegas Golden Knights fan, and an okay chef. Reese also enjoys travelling and spending time with his family, as well as his dog, Ladybug.
