I was referred to Mr. Jackson's firm from an acquaintance. I was passed around to 3 different attorneys in the same firm over a year and I was never told why. My guess would be they weren't going to make a lot of money and they didn't want to invest any time in the case. You could see that from th...eir work, or lack thereof. Perhaps that's why I rarely heard from them and it was only after numerous calls and emails that they ever returned a call. I was never copied on correspondence and pleadings even though I requested that repeatedly after they sent out documents and pleadings that were riddled with errors and even had the wrong date for the Date of Loss. This was a simple BI claim. I was a passenger in a auto accident where liability was never disputed or denied. I was injured and I had the right to recover. As it turned out, I ended up with what I was initially offered by the insurance company, so I would have done better on my own, quite frankly.. All this firm did was drive up my out of pocket costs and yes there were costs to me... even on a Personal Injury case, In my experience, the folks at this law firm were untruthful, and did next to nothing on my case. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Never called me I always had to go in person to see what's going on with my accident case. Girls in front always on their cell phones Don't trust these people and after the case closed my insurance had to pay 100000 which don't know why my insurance payed that much I didn't cause the accident out o...f That 100K I got less than what I can imagine don't hire these people as your attorney
