Never discussed the motion to withdraw and improperly or the judge ruled inappropriate motion within a motion for a 60 day extension on discovery that was less than 3 weeks away with not one person even spoken to as an expert witness. It should be against ethics to leave a client high and dry with no work completed and never telling the client he was going to withdraw. He explained to me my case had holes in it when I thought we had a solid case. He put me in a bad position, luckily I was able to find someone who knew what he was doing and am happy with my new counsel. Negotiators are not attorneys to me. They are what give good attorneys horrible reputations and must rely on either screwing over the client or finding a competent attorney to do their job.
