Scott P. Guido

Mr. Guido began his career in the fall of 2000, working for a automobile insurance company in Buffalo, N.Y. as a field adjuster.  Mr. Guido conducted thousands of in person recorded statements from both plaintiffs and defendants, handled complex liability claims, and personally investigated fire and theft claims.  He also has extensive experience performing automobile property damage appraisals and is well versed on issues related to insurance policy disputes.

He moved to Las Vegas, N.V. in the spring of 2003 and continued his career working in the automobile claims industry at which time he began to focus his skillset on bodily injury claims.  In 2006 he took a position as an associate attorney for one of the largest personal injury firms in the State and spent nearly 15 years working at this firm eventually becoming the managing attorney for the Nevada offices.

Mr. Guido has extensive knowledge in property damage issues, insurance policy disputes, and has settled thousands of personal injury cases for his clients without having to go to court.
