Damon grew up in Las Vegas and has been pursuing his passion for motorcycles since he was five years old. He was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1990 and completed his first trial within three months of being sworn in as a lawyer. He began his career employed by a well-respected insurance defense firm before establishing his own law practice in 1993. While performing extensive jury trial assignments Damon earned an AV Rating on , the most distinguished ranking that lawyers can bestow upon one another.
