Awesome!!!

Calder is an amazing, caring, genuine, and hard working lawyer. I was in a situation with a propert managment company who was evicting me for a house i never moved into. Calder got it sealed quick! Now i will be able to apply at another rental without worrying about an eviction showing up. Calder is ...not like most attorney's. He really truly cares about his clients and i dont just feel like a pawn in a game. I feel like hes my friend and i can tell him anything even if i just need to vent hes always listening.

Professional and Courteous

Not knowing all the sneaky tricks and traps property managers do very quickly to get and force you to sign a lease, I presented a property manager with a security deposit in good faith and began to sign a contract to rent a property. I come to find out there were problems with the property and it was... not completely ready. The property manager told me I need to move in immediately or I would lose it and then the owners would fix the problems at the end of the month. Sounded a bit shady to me. I informed the property manager that I would not take the rental, she told me she would keep my security deposit of $1450 for administrative expenses. I informed Mr. Gabroy of my situation, produced emails, txts and copies of the documents she had made me sign but did not sign herself. Mr. Gabroy was professional, polite and was able to have my security deposit returned in full within a week after we spoke.

Competent Representation

Calder provided great representation and good advice ending in the speedy resolution of my landlord tenant issue. He was very fast, responsive, and made a seemingly difficult process easy to understand. I would hire him again without hesitation and reccomend him for any potential legal issue.
