Brent D Percival

Brent Percival was born in rural Marysville, KS in 1961.  He is the son of two educators, one a high school business teacher, coach, and athletic director, and one an elementary school teacher, who taught 3rd and 4th grade.  As a result of their guidance and oversight, high achievement was expected in endeavors both academic and athletic.

Brent attended Bethany College, a highly-respected liberal arts school in Lindsborg, Kansas, where he majored in history and political science, while competing as a 200 and 400 meter dash athlete on the Bethany College track team.  Brent was also the Presdent of his college fraternity, Alpha Sigma Nu, in 1983-1984.  He went on to graduate from Kansas University School of Law in 1987, at the age of 25.

Since 1988, Brent D. Percival has served the Las Vegas, Nevada Community and surrounding area as a practicing lawyer, concentrating in the fields of Criminal Defense and Personal Injury.  Brent has owned and operated his own firm, Brent D. Percival, Esq. P.C. since April of 1999, and currently maintains his offices at 1148 South Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada.  He presently has over 40 Criminal Jury trials to his experience, and continues to strive to vigorusly and zealously defend the rights of the accused.

During his nearly 20 years of solo practice, Brent Percival has successfully obtained over 3 million dollars in settlements and verdicts for his individual clients.  When you retain the offices of Brent D.
