untrustworthy
Howard is the most untrustworthy person I have ever dealt with, He is lazy and clearly incompetent. I believe he came to court hung-over and and when he did finally come he was very late and my hearing had to be rescheduled. DO NOT USE HIM. You would be better having a 5 year old representing you.

ignores calls, refuses to give information
ths attorney has taken my case but ignored my calls and will not give me the papers i need. he has let this case drag on for 4 years. it is a simple case. i strongly suggest using someone ANYONE else.
