A founding partner of Collinson, Daehnke, Inlow & Greco Patricia concentrates her practice in civil litigation, primarily in the area of medical malpractice defense. Her practice includes litigation of complex, high damages, high risk cases in California and Nevada, in state and federal court. Patricia has successfully defended high profile wrongful death and severe injury cases at trial in Nevada and California, in state and federal court. She also represents healthcare professionals before licensing boards.
Patricia has been recognized as a prominent attorney in both California and Nevada. Named one of California’s Top 100 Women Lawyers by the Daily Journal in 2015 and 2014, and a Woman of Distinction by the California Women Lawyers in 2013, Patricia was also named Top Lawyer in Medical Malpractice Defense by Vegas, Inc. Magazine and Top Lawyer, Medical Malpractice by NPR’s Desert Companion. Patricia has been Martindale Hubbell Rated AV Preeminent from 2002 through 2018. She has been selected as a Super Lawyer every year since 2007.
Patricia is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Board Certified in Civil Pretrial Practice, and is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, The Trial Lawyer Honorary Society.
Patricia served as President of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) in 2013-2014. She received the Matthew S. Rae Outstanding Section Leader Award for her service as Chair of the Litigation Section. She is a past Chair of the LACBA Delegation to the Conference of Delegates of California Bar Associations. Patricia is a member of ASCDC, DRI and the Clark County Bar Association, and the American Academy of Medical Malpractice Attorneys.
Patricia is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, all courts of the states of California and Nevada, as well as the United States District Courts for Nevada, Central and Southern District of California. She graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1992, where she was a Thomas More Scholar, President of the Moot Court Honors Council, Chair of the Martin Luther King Committee and a Gonzaga Law Review Editor. She served as Judicial Law Clerk to Chief Justice Bob Rose of the Nevada Supreme Court in 1993.
Prior to forming Collinson, Daehnke, Inlow & Greco, she was founding partner of Daehnke Stevens LLP. She began her legal career at Bonne Bridges, Mueller, O’Keefe & Nichols, where she started and became the managing shareholder of the Las Vegas office.
