Todd L. Bice

Mr. Bice is a co-founder of Pisanelli Bice, PLLC, a firm focused primarily on commercial litigation. Prior to forming Pisanelli Bice, Mr. Bice was a shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's national litigation group. 

As part of his practice, Mr. Bice represents several of Nevada's largest gaming companies in corporate governance contests, commercial litigation, and gaming disputes. Mr. Bice also represents the gaming industry's political and lobbying arm, the Nevada Resort Association, on legislative, election, and constitutional matters, and serves as outside general counsel to the Las Vegas Visitors Authority on similar issues. In addition, Mr. Bice represents governmental and quasi-governmental entities in civil rights actions and election matters, as well as on constitutional questions. 

Mr. Bice has tried numerous cases to judgment in both state and federal court. Mr. Bice's cases are diverse and span from actions involving complex contract and fraud, to professional negligence and catastrophic injury, and matters involving the important issues of civil rights and the First Amendment. Mr. Bice leads the Las Vegas office's appellate practice and has successfully argued numerous appeals before both the Nevada Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
