Stephen K Lewis

Mr. Lewis has spent his 16 year litigation carrier representing catastrophically injured people, along with many local, national and international corporations. He has been lead counsel, taking seven trials to verdict and second chair in three others through verdict. He has litigated dozens of seven figure injury matters and multiple eight and nine figure contract and commercial fraud cases. He has tried cases and argued in both the State and Federal Courts in: Arizona, California and Nevada. Additionally, he handled a nine figure contract dispute in Canada. Mr. Lewis has also been asked to draft and negotiate many contract documents for companies he initially represented in litigation matters. Applying his litigation experience (and drawing upon his experience gained in drafting and publishing three legal articles), he has drafted and negotiated numerous employment, consulting, manufacturing, joint venture, and distributorship agreements. When not in the office or court, Mr. Lewis spends most of his time outdoors with family and friends. He has ascended Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Washington (a winter ascent), and many local peaks.
