After three decades with the Clark County Public Defender's Office, having served as lead counsel in more than 120 murder cases,  I have started my own practice. The focus will remain on homicide defense and death penalty reform, but there is no case too large or too small.

I plan to stay active training trial skills to new attorneys; testifying before the legislature on bills effecting the rights of criminal defendants and working with NACJ to improve the criminal justice system in Nevada.

For many years the only way to retain my services was be indigent and charged with murder--I have been fortunate enough to work on some of Las Vegas's most notable criminal cases, but the move to private practice means there is no case too large to too small -- if you have been accused and need sage advice from a defense attorney with decades of fighting  for the highest stakes in the toughest arenas, give me a call.
