I only spoke to my lawyer twice, didn’t even speak with her before trial. This law firm left me confused and unprepared for trial after knowing it was my first time in court. The judge didn’t even take my pre trial memorandum in consideration because I didn’t pay for my lawyer to go to trial. You cou...ld definitely save a lot of money just doing the paperwork yourself since that’s all they did.

Hands down the absolute worst counsel and sincerely unethical. Rochelle knew where my case was, deadlines I was reaching and needed things submitted, yet still did not act for over 2 weeks to substitute into my case with a simple email to prior counsel. The firm wouldn't even return phone calls or ...emails, I have the paper trail. My children and I were put through hell for 5 years at the hands of an alcoholic. She was well aware of my situation and the protection I was begging for. I was reassured yes my evidence would be gone through and submitted to finally defend my situation. Still barely getting communication back from paralegals or Rochelle. I begged for Ms. Harding to sit down and review my timeline and financial issues, she refused to repond to emails along with phone calls. I was then provided a bait and switch notice of appearance trying to "unbundle" my case and act as though she was just hired to show up on trial day. How does that work with no evidence submitted? I explained how imperative my evidence was to my financial situation and my children's lives. This attorney is down right unethical to take on a case of abuse and turn a blind eye to a victim. I have been through hell and she did nothing but add to my anxiety and gaslight me further. Never looking at an ounce of my evidence. Now she refuses to respond snd return my 10k retainer as she did nothing in my case but state she was "in communication with OP counseling" yet couldn't even give me a term to "settle" on. Stay far far away!
